Some time ago new extended read permissions were added to Jenkins. It allows us to grant administrators read-only permissions to all aspects and switch to write mode only when needed (e.g. to fix issues). It would be great if the plugin provides additional permissions to remove bundles. At this moment Download Bundle allows generating and downloading bundles, but also deleting them. It breaks the idea of read-only mode. Would be great to have such permission.
