We would like to use the nuget plugin for all our Nuget needs. The first step is to create a Nuget package. Currently there is no such function in the plugin, so we decided to implement it.

The code changes are in our fork, and are available via a pull request for another issue:

I made the mistake of not creating a branch for each feature. Please let me know if you want us to create separate branches for each feature.
