We would like to use the nuget plugin for all our Nuget needs. The final piece for us is to restore Nuget packages for a solution. Currently there is no such function in the plugin, so we decided to implement it.

I made the mistake of not creating a branch for each feature. Please let me know if you want us to create separate branches for each feature.
