The global configuration for the snapshot update policy is never applied

      If you configure a snapshot update policy for a repository in the global configuration for the repository-connector-plugin, that configiguration is never applied. The results of this is that the plugin will check for updated versions of an artifact in a snapshot repository only once per day, regardless of what you configure in the global configuration.
