Currently the checkmarx plugin does not appear to be available through JOB-DSL.

Please advise if it does exist or if this is something already being worked on.  I could not find any evidence of it being in progress. 

All our jobs are generated through JOB-DSL so we would need to leverage the API to integrate this plugin into our builds (I've marked this issue as a "Blocker").
