The durable-task plugin generates a go-lang binary using a bash script. This binary generation would probably be best separated into a new library. The new library would include the generated binaries and can be added to durable-task as a dependency.
This would cut down on a docker-related build errors, especially ones seen on CI as well as for windows users.
