Openstack slave nodes bring up failure as the master tries to SSH to private(fixed) IP instead of floating IP which is configured.

      Hi,

      We are observing an issue with the OpenStack cloud instance launch as the master tries to authenticate via ssh to Fixed IP though floating IP is configured. The Floating IP is correctly assigned but tries to use fixed IP to connect using SSH launcher.

      As there is no route to Fixed IP SSH authentication fails to cause cloud instance launch failure.

      The issue is seen in Jenkins ver 2.277.2 and Openstack cloud plugin 2.57 version.
