When running a multibranch pipeline job contained in a folder, folder level credentials do not work for running the multipipeline scan and result in a 401 Unauthorized on initial  checkout.

If the branches are initially indexed using the Git Branch source, then converting to Bitbucket server branch source, each individual branch can checkout and build. When pressing the multipipeline scan link, the initial checkout fails with a 401 unauthorized.

On configuration of the multibranch pipeline job, when choosing the Bitbucket Server branch source, I can add the credentials, but upon saving and running the job, the job acts as though no credentials are given to the job and it fails.
