[dark] User drop down menu is poor contrast

      (Switch to Dark mode)

      Click the drop down arrow next to the user name in the top right corner:

      Chrome: Version 90.0.4430.93 (Official Build) (x86_64)

      macOS (System theme is currently "Light")

       

      Oddly, I couldn't reproduce in Chrome for Android under request desktop site.
