During our release process, we create a SNAPSHOT version in JIRA for each planned release, e.g. 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT. This SNAPSHOT version is then set as Fix Version by completing a story, fix, ... that is to be delivered in the planned release.

After building the release using Jenkins, we manually rename the SNAPSHOT version in JIRA, e.g. from 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT to 1.0.0.

It would be great if the manual step above could be done automatically while building the release.
