Configure System page not saving any changes

      Jenkins version 2.267

      Configure System page isnt saving any changes to it. I tried it in Chrome but no action on save, when I try it in IE, it open blank pop up saying error and same in Firefox.

       

      Can you please help me with solution as I cannot do any system configuration changes?
