Flexible Publish plugin may break with form tables-to-divs-regression changes

      Existing jobs that have this plugin in job configuration cannot be edited. The javascript error in JENKINS-64072 is displayed.

      Manually editing the config.xml to remove plugin usage, reload Jenkins, will enable job to be configurable again.
