[JENKINS-65714] Postbuild Task plugin may break with tables-to-divs-regression

Existing jobs that have this plugin in job configuration cannot be edited. The javascript error in ~~JENKINS-64072~~ is displayed.

Manually editing the config.xml to remove plugin usage, reload Jenkins, will enable job to be configurable again.
