Jenkins Job not starting when using large File (upload) as parameter

      Hi Team,

      I have a job that one of the parameters is for a "file". This job has been working fine on Jenkins LTS versionĀ 2.263.4 , but after upgraded to versionĀ 2.277.4 the job stopped working.

      Please find the log snippet as below :

      I am attaching the full log and error screenshot in this ticket.

      I noticed that the Jetty versions are also different:
      Jenkins 2.263.4 , Jetty 9.4.33.v20201020 - works fineĀ 
      Jenkins 2.277.4, Jetty 9.4.39.v20210325 - doesn't work

      Please help us to resolve the issue asap and feel free to reach out to me prathamkumar
