Jenkins does not pick up Jira issue from PR creation

      We are using the following to find Jira issues

      jiraIssueSelector(issueSelector: [$class: 'DefaultIssueSelector'])

      It is finding issues on builds with a commit message

      However, on builds on PR creation, it is not finding any Jira tickets
