Hi team,

I meet one problem when I use Jenkins REST API to get job json, like api/json, wfapi/runs etc.  first REST API response time become more slower after restart jenkins;

the second time, it will be faster;

my question is Jenkins will cache api data in memory? and after restart jenkins, these cache data will be cleaned?

as you know, if there are manys jobs or builds in jenkins. REST api will take few time to get them;

especially, after restart jenkins, frist time, getting job info will take long time.

so Could you explain jenkins how to cache data by default?  is there  any solution to keep cache in jenkins to ensure getting job info faster?
