The AWS SQS Build Trigger plugin breaks Jenkins global configuration

    Description

      The plugin breaks the UI and prevents Jenkins global configuration from being saved.

       

      Workaround deactivate or uninstall the plugin.

          I have the same problem when i install AWS Codecommit trigger plugin on jenkins. 

          Anybody knows about how to solve this problem? or any alternative to works with triggers in AWS CodeCommit and Jenkins?

          Hi - It would be great to get an update on the issue, I am having the same issue had to uninstall the aws-sqs plugin to get things going

          https://plugins.jenkins.io/aws-sqs/ shows that the plugin is up for adoption. A plugin placed for adoption is usually not being actively maintained.

          https://plugins.jenkins.io/aws-sqs/#releases shows that the most recent release was 4 years ago.

          https://www.jenkins.io/doc/developer/plugin-governance/adopt-a-plugin/ describes the steps needed to adopt a plugin. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kYCk0Cc3eO0 provides a video introduction to some of the steps you can take to adopt a plugin. If you need the plugin, consider adopting it, making the transition from tables to divs as described https://www.jenkins.io/doc/developer/views/table-to-div-migration/ , and releasing a new version of the plugin.
