Hi jenkins developers, we get a problem when we try to make new project in jenkins, in that page the web elements will show up again and again with abnormal context in creating project webpage, even if we fill all options but can not save.

We have try to fresh broswer cache, reload jenkins config from manage page, restart tomcat but all operaters are not work. can you please help on this problem? thank you so much.
