Setting <useSecurity>true</useSecurity> to <useSecurity>false</useSecurity> then back again doesn't turn on user login

    Description

      I set <useSecurity> true </useSecurity> to false to change my password and after changing the password I changed it back to true, but to no avail. When I access the jenkins URL, I can still see the dashboard without logging in. What can I do to solve it?
