Broken spinning animation since Jenkins release 2.289.1

      Since upgrading to the latest Jenkins LTS (v2.289.1), the spinning animation for running builds is broken. See pics attached.

      There is a second pair of circular arrows that is detatched from the central spinning-icon (orbits around it). Might be similar to this issue in the material-theme-plugin

          Since the simple-theme-plugin doesn't contain any themes itself, this cannot be a problem in the plugin - please take the issue up with the theme you are using.
