Several git behaviours that are available in freestyle projects are unavailable in multibranch pipelines, despite being much needed (in my particular case, our team requires "Polling ignores commits in certain paths" in multibranch pipelines). This ticket is a request to bring the advanced polling configuration options to multibranch pipelines:

1. Polling ignores commits from certain users
2. Polling ignores commits in certain paths
3. Polling ignores commits with certain messages
