Perforce plugin is not syncing global libraries

I'm migrating my Jenkins library to point to a Perforce Edge Server. The credential seems to be working fine but when checking the job workspace I don't see any libs inside of the folder being generated.

It only happens when syncing a global library.

[JENKINS-66013] Perforce plugin is not syncing global libraries

          Hi maiordache

I'm assuming you already changed the server in the Manage Jenkins page where it downloads the library from. Is that correct?

If you have please try submitting any change to the global library then force build a job that uses that library (preferably a test job).

If that does not solve it please get me:

          • screenshots of the global library definition
          • full console output from the test job where it did not sync the library.
          • p4 -Ztag info
          • p4 server -o for the edge server
          • p4 configure show allservers

NOTE - As most of this information is confidential please send it to support@perforce.com and include "JENKINS-66013" in the subject line.

          Thanks in advance,

          Karl

Closing due to no response. At the moment global libraries are syncing on my test system with  P4-Plugin 1.13.0 and Jenkins 2.361.2.

If the problem comes back please feel free to reopen this.
