We have some tools that log the entire output of an external command as a single line and one such line ends up being more than 35k. Such lines when matched by the regex end up cluttering the emails. While such tools could potentially be modified to behave differently, I think it makes sense to have an option to truncate lines and limit the length of lines that could be included in emails.
