Threshold to mark build Failed does not work as expected

      Hello Jenkins Team,

      Issue noticed in ADO Jenkins. Screen shot attached. 
       
      Even if we select radio button next to number of tests and save, the selection gets moved to percentage of tests when we reopen the Jenkins configuration
