jenkins CLI create job throwing unable to read .xml file error

      Hi Team,

      I exported a few Jenkins job from 1 server and trying to import them using create-job command.

      It is throwing me below error:

      java.io.IOException: Unable to read /var/jenkins_home/jobs/tk-cbs-automation/config.xml

      Attaching full error output to the ticket.

      Can you please check ang suggest resolution or possible workaround.

       

      Machine I am using CLI command is : Windows 10

      Jenkins is on Ubuntu 20.04

      Jenkins Version: 2.164.2
