EC2 Fleet plugin can't add aws spot to nodes

      Jenkins 2.289.3 Ubuntu 20.04
      Spot with AMI Ubuntu 20.04, java, git, docker, zip

      Jenkins has successfully connected to AWS Auto Scaling group.
      Status of EC2 Fleet plugin report about 3 nodes. But Jenkins don't add spot in Jenkins agents and Jenkins job can't start with Jenkins spots label. We connected master Jenkins to Spots via ssh with non-verification strategy.
      We used this plugin 1 month. And all are worked, but yesterday we changed aws account and Jenkins shows thisĀ behavior.
