Plugin seems to fail user deletion verification on failed job.

When the job succeeds, user is and home directory are successfully deleted but when a pipeline job fails (only tested on Pipeline at the moment) for some reason, the log shows the a deletion attempt being made with the last log line being that of trying to delete the home folder, followed by an error by the plugin saying verifying that the user was deleted failed.

I have attempted to modify the plugin's code to increase the timeout between when the user is deleted and the verification attempt is made to up to 2 minutes, but it still fails.

It seems as though it doesn't succeed in deleting the home folder (or takes too long to do), but for some reason only of failures.
