Add a checkbox to configure whether a script is sandboxed or not

Details

    Description

      Instead of using (not released) code that chooses whether to use sandbox or not based on the approval, let's leave it up to the user to decide it instead.

          And turns out GroovyScript's configuration accept a "Use Groovy Sandbox" (via the Script Security plugin Jelly files). So now it will be more consistent.

          Fixed, changelog added in 2.5.7 but will release as 2.6.0.
