It is not currently possible to specify from which point the consumer needs to start processing records when connecting to the Kinesis stream.

Different consumer might have different needs, hence adding the possibility of configuring a consumption starting point in the stream would be useful for the admin.

TRIM_HORIZON and LATEST can bee a god starting point.
