Pipeline disappears from UI for non Admin users

      Periodically the pipeline view from my dashboard UI disappears.  I have restarted and restopped the Jenkins service on the master, but it is still not showing to anyone but the Admins.  

      How do I get the pipelines to show back up on the UI for non admin users?
