Select nodes by label for KLA installation

      Adds support to select the nodes where the KLA will be installed from jenkins global settings.

      the user can select or deselect a checkbox and fill a textbox with a filter text. (coma-separated labels)

       

      this configuration prevent KLA has installed in all nodes by default.
