While releasing new version of Jenkins, I am getting Authorization failed error.  I have configured the username and password in settings.xml file and used the same username and password  in https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/ui/login/ and it works fine.

I have attached the video as well as stack-trace. Please guide me to resolve this issue.
