Unable to Connect to BitBucket instance

      I am trying to create a Bitbucket instance to our Bitbucket server, but I kept getting "Connection failure" message. 

      I thought that it might be certificate issues. I installed the all the certificate in the CA chains, but I am still not able to connect.

      There is no error in the Jenkins log. 

      I am able to create an instance to a locally install Bitbucket server:
