Many of our UCM projects reference a common information model. This model is maintained in is own standalone project, and incorporated in to other projects by adding it as a read-only component with a specific baseline. When a new version of the information model is required by a project the foundation baseline of the read-only component is changed.

These changes are not picked up in the Hudson build because it looks like the Clearcase plugin only performs updates on modifiable components, and ignores read-only components.
