I am proposing a French translation topic for hacktober fest 2021, this Epic will group all tasks on this topic.

I tried to look for existing issues, if you find some feel free to add them.

My priority is "as a developer I am creating a new pipeline in some folder" path, in a fresh Jenkins installation with "suggested plugins". So mainly pipeline and folder UI.

Other language can go in this Epic too, please make sure to find some other person speaking that language to facilitate peers reviews.

To enable a language on Jenkins UI, you need to select the targeted language in the browser (some plugin on browsers can help to switch from English to French or other languages).
