I am using bitbucket-branch-source-plugin version 2.9.11 (currently the latest one) and lightweight checkout for Jenkinsfile fails with below error when we checkin Jenkinsfile into Bitbucket repo. However, when we put the same Jenkinsfile inside Jenkins -> Manage files -> Add a new config (Groovy file) then it works without any issue.

I have attached the exception that I get. Please assist how to resolve this issue.

We have also tried attached solution [Jenkins_error.JPG] but when we enable "Call can Merge" and "Call changes api" checkboxes it stops automatic pull requests triggering in Jenkins.
