I'm trying to use the ssh-agent plugin to connect via SSH to an external server.  After installing the plugin and restarting, when I go to Manage Credentials - there is no ability to add new credentials.  I see a top section saying "Credentials" and a lower section saying "Stores Scoped to Jenkins", but in neither section do I see the ability to add a new SSH credential to the system.
