Oracle Java licensing does not allow use of newer Oracle Java 8 versions without the purchase of a commercial license.  The maintainers of the Oracle Java SE Development Kit Installer have not shown any interest in supporting commercially licensed downloads, especially when freely distributable open source versions are available from Eclipse Temurin, Red Hat, Microsoft, and many others.
