The version history is missing for recently released 2.10.0 on:

Interestingly it is there in:

• https://github.com/jenkinsci/pipeline-utility-steps-plugin/releases
  ... but there is a 2nd 2.10.0 entry above from Sept, 1st!? => Maybe that is causing the problem?
