Fields are not shown for Kubernetes Service Account Credentials

      When navigate to 
      Credentials -> Global Credentials -> Add credentials -> and select Kubernetes Service Account in 'Kind' dropdown 
      Fields are not shown for configuration (only Scope) (check screenshot)
      No errors in console
