No API support for selecting load runners

      I see that Neoload does not provide any API support for running scenario via cmd line on available load runners, so in case of overlap of machines builds fail.
      The plugin needs enhancements to avoid such failures by selecting only available load runner machines without using GUI, it makes plugin extremely difficult to use in jenkins for parallel builds.
