Projects are triggered twice by "build with parameters" in IE11 - 2.289.3

      We are seeing the project is getting triggered from build with parameters plugin in IE11 for 2.289.3 version and working fine with Chrome. Seems like this issue is fixed in earlier versions (JENKINS-54333) but seems like re-introduced with this version.
