Steps to recreate:

1) In the job config screen, create a vSphere Build Step - 'Reconfigure VM' and choose 'Add a disk'

2) Enter values in the Datastore field and disk size field

3) Save and exit the job

Now when you re-open the job, the Datastore field is empty.

This is unusable as the value doesn't persist.
