    Description

      Currently https://javadoc.jenkins.io/hudson/model/ExecutorListener.html can is implemented by Computer and may also be implemented by an associated RetentionStrategy or ComputerLauncher; but there is no way to receive these events from outside of these objects (just some interested plugin).
