API documentation does not mention Content-Type requirement for requests

      Whenever I try to POST a config.xml I get an error, and looking in the log I find the following:

      java.lang.IllegalStateException: STREAMED
      at org.eclipse.jetty.server.Request.getReader(Request.java:1195)

      The scripts I'm using for this used to work.  They fetch the Crumb as explained.  They also attach the cookie.  I've tried with both an API key and a username/password to see if that fixed it.

      Any ideas?
