Basic Branch Build Strategies Plugin is not working as expected when use Any strategies Match.

Selecting Any strategies Match

--> giving strategy 1 for skip build if commit message has "skip build"

--> giving strategy 2 for skip build if commit author is "skipauthor"

 

and build is not skipping when we met any of the above condition
