The plugin does not retrieve the build data from multibranch jobs. The XML files with the job information iare stored at \jobs<jobname>\branches\<branchname>\builds<buildnr>\build.xml and I assume the branches\<branchname> is not taken into account.

It would be nice a graph can be shown for the job with different branches or a specific job with  a specific branch.
