Update aws java sdk to support G5 instance type

      Please help to update aws java sdk so that new instance type G5 will be supported. This is similar to https://issues.jenkins.io/browse/JENKINS-58562 . 

       

      We are blocked by this to use G5 instances from AWS. Thanks for the help!
