matrix-auth 3.0 compatibility with additional-identities

      The Additional Identities plugin depends on Matrix Authorization Strategy, which has breaking API changes in 3.0.

          Probably nothing to do here, at least https://github.com/jenkinsci/additional-identities-plugin does not look like it actually uses matrix-auth. It just depends on an ancient version of Jenkins, in which matrix-auth functionality was still part of core, so it's an implicit plugin dependency.

          I've opened two PR to modernize the plugin

          I would be happy if someone could merge those and add a new release.

          I've created a modernized version here for the time being

          that allowed me to remove some old plugins which where extracted from core (like oracle jdk installer)
