Add c6i type instances

      Since a few weeks we have the c6i instance available on AWS, but in jenkins is not possible to select it because they are not in the drop box.

      Could be possible to add them?

          It's unrelated to the ec2-plugin, since it uses aws-sdk plugin under the hood to query the list of available EC2 types.

           

          This should do that

          The changelog is truncated, but ^ this patch supersedes this one https://github.com/jenkinsci/aws-java-sdk-plugin/pull/584
